  1. Some paintings I started to create this year started to take a life of their own. These with the circus are the easy pieces, and the Infinite voices are of course the complicated scenes. It is, I think, like the White Album, where any kind of style could be used to create a patch, I mean, each patch with other different paths and patches made up a white cover with a number. Faces became lines, lights became colours and days became shapes between mythological creatures. Women, mostly, are those who represent life and life-explaining-myths, since they created the world. Their faces convey a certain amusement, surprise or content as if they were casting a moral judgement over the lines they are surrounded by. Then there are paintings that have no faces at all, where the lines and colours express all that can be reflected on the cotton surface of the canvas. And that's when you are part of it.
